The Southland Regional Association of REALTORS Grant Program for 2015/2016 is here!
This grant is availble to those who purchase a home in the San Fernando or Santa Clarita Valleys and do not exceed certain income limitations. The amount of each grant will be $2,000 and will only be paid to qualified applicants after the close of escrow. Repayment of grant is not required.
The program, which began November 1st started with twenty grants available. To date, 20 grants are still available.

All application MUST be fully competed prior to submission. Those application who do not adhere to the requirements, will be return. Grants will be awarded on a first come first serve basis.
